Haha, so today training was. Hmmm how to say, TOUGH!
Ran whole reservoir 27 mins 33 sec. NOT BAD! Did as a crew also.
Hmmm. but it kept raining . ZZZZ. BS SIA.

So tomm training would be tough haiz.... G_G

Alright today would is MACDONALDS BIRTHDAY! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! ^^
